Where can you call?
You can call numbers abroad from Skype on your 3 handset. Remember though that calls to numbers in the same country as you will not be connected. But you can make these calls using your 3 mobile phone and tariff as normal.
Roaming abroad?
If you are travelling abroad to another country - say on business or holiday - where 3 is an operator (Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, Hong Kong, Ireland or Austria) you will be able to use your Skype Credit to make calls abroad.
However, you won’t be able to make calls to landlines and mobiles within the country you are visiting. So for example, if you live in the UK and then travel to Italy you’ll be able to call home.
How to call abroad
If you don’t already have a Skype account you will need to register one on your handset. You will then be able to use your new account details to sign in on the Skype website. You can then buy Skype Credit and pay for calls as you make them.
